Job summary

Scania GB is seeking an HGV Technician in Shepton Mallet to service, maintain and repair heavy vehicles. The role offers a rotating shift pattern and a competitive hourly rate with benefits and"in-house training" to support career progression.

You will join a team that emphasizes safety, quality service and ongoing development through Scania’s Academy, with opportunities to increase earnings and advance in the company.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or proven experience in HGV/LCV/Car/Plant/Military industries will be considered.
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and repairs of heavy vehicles is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs to high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and use company procedures.

Shift Pattern - Rotating Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 | 13:30 - 22:00

£17.64 to £21.50 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package, including:
