Job summary

SCANIA (GREAT BRITAIN) LIMITED is seeking an HGV Technician for the Normanton site. The role: 4 on 4 off day shift 06:00-18:00, servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of heavy vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You’ll have in-house training to support career progression and earnings growth. The position offers a competitive hourly rate up to £23.80, enhanced parental leave, a bonus scheme, a pension, life insurance and other benefits, plus overtime and staff

Qualifications

• Experience as an HGV technician or similar sector.
• Ability to perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles.
• Proven ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV/LCV vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs to industry standards.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and company policies.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Day Shift 06:00 - 18:00
