Salary: £42,000
Overtime 1.5
OTE: £46,000

About your new company

My client is a fleet maintenance company who have been established for 45 years, they run a wide variety of services and work on anything from HGV, trailers, vans and cars. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their ever growing team.

About your new HGV Technician role

• Carry out HGV maintenance, servicing, MOT preparation and cost effect repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and trailers to DVSA standards
• Carry out fault diagnostic, troubleshooting and rectification using the manufacturers computer systems and other diagnostic systems
• Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping.
• Complete all paperwork correctly i.e service inspection sheets, job cards, defect sheets.

The successful HGV Technician will require:

• At least 5 years mechanical experience working within a similar role.
• Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician or equivalent industrial experience.
• HGV (CE) licence (preferred)

The successful HGV Technician will receive
