About your new company

A leading Builders Merchant with a fleet of HGV`s and other vehicles are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join their team. They pride themselves on maintaining a high standard of compliance and efficiency within their transport operations. Due to their ever-expanding team they are currently looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their depot.

The successful candidate must be a fully qualified and experienced HGV mechanic. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in Vehicle Inspection and MOT preparation of vehicles/ trailers, Fault electrician diagnosis, routine servicing and maintenance, and major component repair and replacement

About your new HGV Technician role
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles, trailers and plant to VOSA standards.
• Diagnosing and rectifying all types of HGV faults.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Technical qualification or proven experience repairing & maintaining HGV's.
