HGV Technician

Depot Location: Knighton

Working Hours: (2 weeks) 8am to 5pm, (1 week) 12pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role

Financial Package: £18.00ph (Annual salary approximately £42,500) + Overtime

My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business, is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician on rotating shifts.

Working in an established team of HGV Technicians, your responsibilities will include:

1. Carrying out repairs identified during initial inspections
2. General servicing and MOT preparation
3. Fault finding and diagnostics
4. Updating all required paperwork and databases

The ideal HGV Technician will possess:

1. Full industry qualifications and completion of a recognized apprenticeship
2. Detailed knowledge of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
3. A commercial driving license is advantageous but not essential
