Job summary

CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is recruiting HGV Technicians for permanent roles. Basic salaries up to £25ph DOE, plus overtime and a bonus; OTE £55k+. You’ll be based in the depot workshop and work with UK engineering companies.

Shifts: Mon–Fri with alternate Sat mornings, 06:00–14:00 or 13:30–22:00. Benefits include 22 days holiday + bank holidays, full sick pay and a pension. NVQ Level 3 or IRTEC preferred; Class 1/2 or 7.5t licence desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working on HGVs or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• IRTEC qualification preferred.
• Class 1/2 or 7.5t driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in depot workshop on HGVs and commercial vehicles.
• Maintain, repair and service vehicles to required standards.

Job Description

Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of HGV Technician has become available on a permanent position. The role will involve you being based in the depot workshop.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will either have experience working on HGVs and/or the qualifications to do so such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent & IRTEC qualified. Not essential but ideally you will have a Class 1, Class 2, 7.5 Tonne driving license as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.
