You'll work in a team to perform repairs, general servicing, and diagnostics. Applicants need full industry qualifications and apprenticeship experience.   • A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential.

Job description

HGV Technician

Depot Location: Gloucester

Working Hours: 40 hours per week! - Week 1 Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30, Week 2 13:30-22:00
Overtime paid at time and a half

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role

Financial Package: Basic = £44,000 OTW = £50,000 Per Annum

My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician on a rotating shift.

Working in an established team of HGV Technician, you will be required to undertake the following;


·Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
·General Servicing and MOT preparation
·Fault finding & diagnostics
·Updating all required paperwork / databases

The successful HGV HGV Technician will have the following attributes;

·hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.
·Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
·A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage for isn't essential
