A leading commercial vehicle workshop in Exeter is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their team. The role offers a structured 4 on 4 off shift pattern, competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, and benefits including world-class training, a pension scheme, and opportunities for career development. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and prior experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Fitter.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Service, inspect and repair HGVs to DVSA and manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding using the latest equipment.
  • Complete all job cards and compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Work collaboratively with the parts department to ensure timely repairs.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Shifts: 4 on 4 off – 06:00 to 18:00 or 6am – 2pm /10am – 6pm
