As an HGV Technician , you will play a pivotal role in preparing vehicles for MOT and conducting diagnostics for vehicles and trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Performing repair, service and maintenance, focusing on HGVs.
• Addressing Trailers and LGVs in accordance with depot procedures.
• Thoroughly documenting tasks completed in job sheets and inspection sheets.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Qualification in HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance at Level 3 NVQ, City and Guilds 1,2,3 or equivalent.
• Experience in onsite inspections and responding to breakdowns would be Preferred.
• HGV 1 licence would be beneficial.
• Valid driving licence.

Shift:

• Monday -Friday: 8am - 6pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 7am -12pm
• Free parking at depot (if needed)
• Overtime Availability
• PPE and relevant equipment provided
• Auto enrolment on company pension scheme
• Half year and end of year bonus
• Enrolment on Simply Health Scheme after 3 months service
