We are currently recruiting HGV Technicians for our Transport Department at the Droitwich Depot within Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Technicians to work with a prestigious logistics company, maintaining and servicing a modern fleet of vehicles.

The primary responsibility is to repair and maintain our HGV fleet to meet legal and company standards, actively seeking solutions and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

• Location: Droitwich Depot (WR9 0LW)
• Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
• Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 47.5 hours/week
• Pay Rate: £19.29/hour, with enhanced rates for weekends and overtime:
• Saturday: £21.70/hour
• Sunday: £28.94/hour
• Overtime/Bank Holidays: £28.94/hour
• Unsociable hours (1800-0400): £22.03/hour

Weekly pay, transitioning to monthly pay in 2025/2026

HGV Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspecting and maintaining HGV fleet
• Preparing vehicles for MOT testing and transporting to test centers
• Recording vehicle defects and maintenance work
• Fault diagnosis
• Prioritizing safety in all tasks

Qualifications: City & Guilds Part 2 & 3 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience. Commercial HGV experience is essential. Class C+E license is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlines, and prioritize workload.
