Job description

HGV Technician vacancy - Crick

Salary: Up to £38,114 basic, with shift allowances and overtime, with overall earnings exceeding £70,000 per annum. Late shift allowance of £84.06 per week for working 1pm - 9:30pm, along with additional weekend supplements (£50 per shift on Saturday and £100 per shift on Sunday). Overtime rate is £25.89 per hour.

Working hours: On a three-week rotation, for example:

• Week 1: Tuesday - Saturday, 6am - 2:30pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm
• Week 3: Sunday to Thursday, 6am - 2:30pm

HGV Technician role:

• Perform all levels of technical work, from general servicing and repairs to diagnostics
• Complete vehicle repairs to a high standard, following manufacturer procedures and processes, with attention to detail
• General maintenance and repairs

HGV Technician Requirements:

• Ideally, Level 3 HGV Maintenance qualification
• Applicants with Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance will be considered if they have experience with light commercial vehicles
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence
