We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter for our client, an established commercial vehicle business based in the Blaydon area.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £40,950 with an OTE of circa £44,362, working 45 hours per week.

This is a full-time position requiring previous experience in a similar role.

Typical duties include:

• Servicing, repair, and maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of job sheets and documentation
• Liaising with the service and parts departments
• Preparation for MOTs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence may be advantageous
