Job summary

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HGV Technician for an ongoing contract in the Birmingham area. The role runs Monday to Friday with inside IR35 options and a rate of £36 per hour. Work is primarily in workshops across the UK, with local assignments where possible.

Responsibilities include servicing, maintenance, MOT prep, and fault diagnosis. A Level 3 qualification in HGV is required, and regular weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician working on HGVs.
• Level 3 qualified heavy vehicle mechanic.
• Based in or able to work in the Birmingham area.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Heavy Vehicle Technician (HGV) to start work as soon as possible in the Birmingham area.

Duties include:

• • Service, maintain, inspect and repair HGV vehicles and plant when needed to workshop standard
• • MOT preparation and planned preventative maintenance and quality checks
• • Fault diagnosis
