HGV Skip Driver

On behalf of our valued client, a leading waste management company based in Theale, we are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers to join their team.

As an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to a diverse customer base. You will play a vital role in maintaining our client's reputation for prompt and professional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles for the delivery, exchange, and collection of skips.
2. Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and commercial clients.
3. Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
4. Ensure accurate completion of delivery and collection paperwork.
5. Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
6. Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and EU driving regulations.
7. Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.

Requirements:

1. Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
2. Valid Driver CPC qualification & tacho card.
3. No more than 6 points due to insurance.

Hours:

1. Monday to Friday
2. 06:30am - 16:30
3. Overtime and weekends available.
