Qualifications

• Doit détenir un permis de conduire valide et CPC.
• Être en bonne forme physique en raison de la nature du travail.
• Travail d'équipe important.

Responsibilities

• Conduire un camion selon un itinéraire prédéfini pour collecter les déchets.
• Assurer les vérifications de sécurité du véhicule et maintenir la propreté du camion.
• Être le visage public de l'équipe des services environnementaux.

Full Time:40 hours per week

Working hours:Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.30pm with occasional Saturday work & Bank Holidays.

As a HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver/Loader in our Basingstoke team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Basingstoke. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You’ll be entrusted to:

• set off on a pre-planned route as the driver, with your team of Loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties
• You will be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community
• ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready before setting off on your rounds
