Our client in Witney is looking for Refuse Collection Drivers (HGV 2). This is an ongoing assignment with potential for permanent employment for reliable workers with a good work ethic.

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate the refuse vehicle.
2. Drive considerately around local streets.
3. Work with your loading team.
4. Assist with loading when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Valid HGV 2 driving license.
2. UK Digi Card.
3. UK CPC Card.
4. Safety shoes and Hi Vis required; no specific uniform.
5. Overtime paid per hour after 37 hours weekly.

The role involves working Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00 and finishing around 15:00, depending on the workload. You will be paid for a minimum number of hours daily, regardless of early completion. The job involves collecting refuse around local areas with a team of loaders. The role is subject to an assessment, which is paid if you pass and start in the role.
