A leading waste management company is looking for a HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver/Loader in Basingstoke. The role involves driving a pre-planned route and collecting waste and recycling, contributing to community cleanliness and safety. - Friday 6.00am
- 2.30pm with occasional Saturday work & Bank Holidays.

With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, while providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
You’ll be entrusted to:

- set off on a pre-planned route as the driver, with your team of Loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties
- be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community
- ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready, before setting out on your rounds
