Workshop Based, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud

Shift: 5 over 7 - 8 Hour Days

Are you a Workshop Technician with a background in HGVs, PSV, LGV, Agricultural, ex-REME, or similar looking to join a well-established, nationwide service provider that offers fantastic training opportunities, long term career progression and fantastic overtime opportunities allowing you to significantly boost your earnings?

This is a fantastic chance to take the next step in your career as a stationary PSV/HGV mechanic where you will work on a fleet of PSVs in a fully equipped and clean workshop and be trained to become a technical expert while having further opportunities to progress your career to leadership roles.

This company is a renowned transportation giant, operating across the whole of the UK on a huge scale. They have continued to grow and invest in their engineering staff and facilities, and are now looking for another PSV/HGV mechanic to join the team in their Gloucester based workshop.

In this role you will be responsible for the diagnosis and repair, servicing and examination of vehicles that come into the workshop, as well as attending any on road breakdowns or road tests when necessary. You will be given great training, including the opportunity to gain your PSV license if not already obtained, as well as having great paths for internal career progression, long term.

The Person
* Background in automotive, agriculture, REME, PSV/HGVs - or similar heavy transportation
* NVQ level 3 in vehicle mechanics or similar
