A reputable transport agency in Hereford seeks a Vehicle Standards Assessor to ensure vehicle compliance with road-worthiness standards. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and at least 3 years of experience in vehicle inspection, while also providing advice on safety and maintenance. This role includes conducting annual tests and working flexibly across various testing facilities. Salary: £30,149 per annum (Advertised salary is inclusive of a base salary of £25,159 and £4,990 of allowances which consists of: Technical - £2,590, Flexibility - £2,400. Please note: a London Weighting Allowance of £4,000 may also be payable additionally within certain locations. A fully insured and taxed lease car is also provided)
