About the role:

You will work within our expanding Rainham depot undertaking duties such as high pressure water jetting, spill/fly tip clean-up, industrial services, remediation, groundworks, tank cleaning and decommissioning, spill response, industrial cleaning, surface preparation, and spray lining.

Your responsibilities may include welding and fabrication, interceptor and storage tank installs, servicing, inspections (including OFTEC), investigating issues with tanks and interceptor vessels, and remedial reporting.

The HGV2 license is a key skill, primarily for spill response and reactive works. The tanker role is an ad hoc requirement but part of the key skills needed.

About you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a changing environment and handle emergency works.
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to work away when required, including travel and shifts.
  • Open to additional training to meet depot needs.
  • Experience operating plant is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
