Overview

We are looking for a skilled HGV Tech Supervisor to lead the night shift at a flagship dealership in Stoke. This is a key role for an experienced HGV Technician ready to step up, overseeing workshop operations for a top-tier manufacturer. As the HGV Tech Supervisor, you will ensure the highest standards of work and mentor a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the night shift team of HGV technicians, organising workflow and allocating jobs.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs and services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex diagnostics.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the manufacturer's stringent standards.
• Assist with workshop administration, including job cards and health & safety checks.

What You'll Need

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician, with solid diagnostic and repair skills.
