Job summary

A leading vehicle maintenance company is seeking a full-time HGV workshop/commercial mechanic for their Kidderminster or Worcester depot. Responsibilities include servicing and repairing a large fleet and customer vehicles while maintaining a clean and hazard-free workshop environment. Candidates should have experience with modern diagnostic equipment and strong communication skills. Class 1 license and MOT inspector certification are advantageous. Overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Full-time experienced and qualified self-motivated mechanic.
• Class 1 license is an advantage.
• MOT inspector certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of vehicles.
• Perform repairs and MOT preparation.

Job description

We require a full-time experienced & qualified self-motivated HGV workshop / commercial mechanic based at either our Kidderminster or Worcester depot.

Duties will include carrying out servicing and maintenance of our large fleet and customer vehicles, including repairs, mot preparation and ensuring the workshop is kept in a hazard free, clean environment.

You must be converse with all modern diagnostic equipment, have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure using your own initiative

Class 1 licence an advantage
MOT inspector an advantage
