Position: Full-Time HGV Mechanic
Pay: £20 per hour PAYE ADV, PAYE also available
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rota

Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic looking for a new opportunity?
Driver Hire Lancaster is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated HGV Mechanic to join a reputable company. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

What we're looking for:

1. Qualification: Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
2. Licence: HGV Class 1 Licence.
3. Experience: Previous experience working with HGVs and large vehicles.
4. Skills: Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
5. Personal Attributes: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a fleet of HGVs.
2. Perform diagnostics to identify faults and ensure safe working conditions.
3. Maintain accurate records of all work completed and any parts used.
4. Adhere to health and safety standards in the workplace.
5. Work efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring quality service.
