Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experiencedHGV Mechanicto join a busy and well-established workshop based inBury. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications are not essential, butprevious experience working on HGVs is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
• Performing inspections and servicing to DVSA standards
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HGV mechanic or technician
• Strong mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Own tools preferred but not essential
