Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter/Mechanic/Technician living in the Belfast area looking for a workshop based role?

Are you looking for a Monday to Friday role, split shift 7am – 3:30pm, 1pm -9:30pm

Salary up to £42,000p/a plus overtime

Permanent – Full time position

The role of the HGV Technician:

You will be working on a variety of tractor and trailer units of differing makes and models, of differing ages and possibly the odd tanker. You will be carrying out inspections to a varied and diverse fleet and you can expect to be situated in a positive and vibrant working environment.

The type of work as an HGV Technician you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to)

• Routine (and preventative) maintenance
• MOT preparation
• Scheduled servicing to DVSA standards
• 6 (or 8) weekly inspections
• Improvement of vehicle standards
• Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections

Requirements for this HGV Technician position:

• Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.
• Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable but not essential.
