Driver Hire Colchester is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 and HGV Class 2 drivers to join the UK’s number 1 driving recruitment agency for a variety of HGV jobs around Sudbury, and the surrounding areas.

Job Title : HGV Driver – HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) / HGV Class 2 (Cat C)

Pay : £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (PAYE – includes holiday pay at 12.07%)

Hours : Minimum 10-hour pay per day (guaranteed)

Start Date : Immediate

Type : Full-time, ongoing or flexible assignments

Location : Various sites across Sudbury, Halstead, and the surrounding areas.

What To Expect:

Driving HGV Class 1 or Class 2 for local and regional deliveries

Roles vary: may involve general haulage, palletised goods, or multi-drop work

Some manual handling may be involved – you’ll need to be reasonably fit

Working with a range of clients and locations, no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

Full Category C (Class 2) or Category C+E (Class 1) licence

CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

No more than 6 penalty points – no DD, DR or IN endorsements

Minimum 2 years’ commercial HGV driving experience preference
