Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HGV2/LGV2/Class2 driver for regular ongoing work with a client based in Aldridge. The role involves operating a flatbed HGV2 vehicle, starting around 08:00, and delivering tubes and bars. Load securing with ratchet straps and sheets is required.

Nights out may be needed. Applicants should hold a HGV2/LGV2/Class2 licence with at least 12 months on record (6+ months in the period), have no major driving convictions, and hold a valid CPC and tachograph

Responsibilities

• Drive a flatbed HGV 2 vehicle.

Our long standing client based in Aldridge are urgently seeking a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Drivers

As a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Drivers, your duties will include:

• Driving a flatbed HGV 2 Vehicle
• Start time between 08:00
• Delivering various shaped/sized tubes/bars etc
• Use of rachet straps and sheets essential
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Nights out will be required

The ideal HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver will have the following:

• Held your HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C licence for at least 12 months and have a minimum 6 months experience within this period
• Hold no major driving convictions on your licence
• Have a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

For the successful HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver, you can expect the following:

• A highly competitive pay rate of £16.81ph (PAYE) including holiday pay.
• Weekly pay
