Job Description:

Class 1 Driver

Menzies Distribution is looking for an experienced HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in Devizes. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting products for Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its customers.

What You Need to Know:

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Nights
• Overtime paid at time & a half
• Hours: Minimum 48 hours per week
• Average Start Time: 17:00
• Holiday Allowance: 28 days including Bank Holidays
• Monthly Pay
• Onsite parking

Driver Duties:

• General driving, adhering to legal standards, delivering and collecting from customer premises and other MDS locations.
• Delivering products for MDS and its customers
• Using electronic POD and technology (full training provided)
• Assisting with loading and unloading

Driver Requirements:

• A full UK C+E licence
• At least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience
• Excellent driving skills
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
