Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Jetting Engineer to join our Aberdeen Depot. This role involves identifying defects and blockages within the sewer network and using high-pressure water jetting to clean and clear. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

As a HGV Jetting Engineer, You Will

  • Work closely in a team of 2 operating high-specification jetting and vacuumation units
  • Assist with remote CCTV investigations to assess underground pipes and sewers
  • Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages
  • Liaise with customers
  • Update electronic records
  • Report safety issues
  • Perform vehicle and equipment checks

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • HGV Class 2 licence, ideally with no more than 3 penalty points
  • A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable
  • Competent in using electronic devices such as laptops or tablets for data entry
