Job summary

Ipsum Utilities Limited is seeking an experienced HGV Jetting Engineer to visit clients across the UK, performing drainage cleaning, desilt, and CCTV work as needed. You will generally work with a CCTV Team and lead on-site under the CCTV Drainage Engineer, while also collaborating with the broader team.

The role requires an HGV driving license, CSCS and NRSWA cards, and ideally experience with HGV jetting equipment. Ipsum commits to looking after its people and supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• HGV driving licence required.
• CSCS and NRSWA streetworks cards preferred.
• Experience with HGV jetting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating HGV jetting units to carry out drainage cleaning and maintenance.
• Responding to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance schedules.
• Conducting CCTV surveys to assess drainage conditions.
• Liaising with clients and internal teams to report findings and recommend solutions.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Towing jetting equipment when required

Job description

As part of a team operating our high spec Recycler, Jetvac or Cityflex units, you will visit all types of clients - commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road & utility - across the UK carrying out cleaning, desilt, root cutting & associated CCTV where necessary.

Generally working with a CCTV Team, you will take a lead from the CCTV Drainage Engineer when on site but also work under your own initiative and as part of a team!

As a HGV Jetting Engineer you will…

• Operating HGV jetting units to carry out drainage cleaning and maintenance.
