A leading company in modular accommodation, Algeco UK, seeks an HGV HIAB Driver to ensure safe transportation of modular units. The role requires driving and operating HGV vehicles, delivering to customer sites, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must hold a valid HGV licence and have HIAB experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a HGV 1 or 2 Driver Licence with HIAB experience.
• Good understanding of EU driver hours and Working Time Directive.

Salary: £17.04PH, Overtime at time and half.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week

PURPOSE

Responsible for the safe & effective loading/unloading of units to customer sites.

• Safely drive and operate HGV HIAB vehicles
• Deliver & collect modular buildings and containers from customer sites
• Operate the Hiab crane for loading and unloading
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations
• Represent the company professionally at all times

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE NEED FROM YOU

• Must have a HGV 1 or 2 Driver Licence with HIAB experience
• Good understanding and knowledge of current regulations with regards to EU driver hours, Working Time Directive and Driver’s Tachograph restrictions.
