Job summary

Pertemps Crewe is seeking HGV / Class 1 drivers to operate out of Crewe on an ongoing basis with immediate starts. Role includes driving double-deckers, delivering chilled goods, 12–15 hour shifts, up to 5 drops, and occasional nights out with a £25 allowance.

Required CE licence with at least 1 year of experience, full UK driving licence, no more than 6 points, Digi and CPC cards. Pay rates listed for days, nights, and weekends with umbrella options.

Qualifications

• CE Licence with at least 1 year’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a double decker boxed vehicle to deliver chilled goods.
• Work with 12–15 hour shifts, including night outs when required.
• Complete up to 5 drops per shift; no handball involved.

Pertemps Crewe are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE / LGV 1 Drivers to work out of our client in Crewe on an ongoing basis with an immediate start.

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a double decker boxed vehicle


• Delivery of chilled goods


• Duties are between 12-15hrs


• No handball is involved


• Maximum 5 drops


• Occasional night out with £25 allowance

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:

• CE Licence with at least 1 years’ experience


• Full UK Driving Licence


• No more than 6 points


• Digi and CPC Card
