We are looking for a HGV Driver with HIAB to join us at Huws Gray Derby (Lake House)!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group, made up of brands including Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI, and Anglia Tool Centre. Our branches across the UK serve and support local communities with building materials, and we’re looking for the right people to join us.

Our HGV Drivers ensure our customers receive their products promptly. We focus on local deliveries, so there’s no long-haul driving or late nights. Working in one of our branches, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to excellent customer service and efficient delivery.

Here’s what you can expect as a HGV Driver with Huws Gray:

  • Delivering materials to local customers reliably and on time
  • Building strong relationships with customers and representing our brand
  • Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety legislation and administrative tasks (tachographs, training, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with current legislation and company policies

We value individuality and provide comprehensive training and tools for success. A Class 2 Licence is required for this role.
