The Role:

Our nationwide Non Mechanical division hires a range of equipment including crowd control barriers, scaffolding, and road plates to the events industry alongside our more traditional business sectors within construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

The role of the HGV Driver involves loading, delivering, and collecting equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner, while driving responsibly and safely within the law at all times. When on customer sites, there may be a requirement to carry out hire equipment demonstrations, and the HGV Driver must ensure all relevant checks and administration involved in the hire are completed accurately.

About You

Successful applicants for the role of HGV Driver will have:

• Significant experience working within an HGV driving role, loading, delivering, and collecting equipment from customer sites
• Class 1 or Class 2 driving licence, Driver CPC with a minimum of 35 hours completed, and a valid Digital Tachograph card
• An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
