Arla Foods actively seeking a Driver Trainer to work within the milk collection operation at the Inbound Transport Depot at Arla Foods, Burton.

Who are you?

• A motivated individual who has experience in driver training and also holds a HGV license.
• Enthusiastic about teaching others, able to find different ways to engage and educate.
• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form.
• Health & Safety orientated and looking to drive the H&S agenda on site.
• Fully literate in writing up Safe Working Practices and How to Guides.
• Fully IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Confident in presenting to groups in training scenarios.
• Beneficial Qualifications: RTITB trained in LGV Assessor Training, LGV Instructor Training, Yardshunter Instructor Training.
