Job Title: HGV Driver Part-Time

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £15.86 p/h to £25.16 p/h

Pertemps, in partnership with the Royal Mail, is seeking HGV Part-Time Drivers for our Cardiff site. We are looking for drivers to start immediately, with shifts available across the country.

Role Description

As an HGV Weekend Driver, after completing an assessment, you will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail network. The role involves manual work, with shifts offered a week in advance. We offer competitive pay rates and flexible start times, including weekends and evening/night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid licence for at least 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points (preferably a clean licence).
• Minimum of 180 days driving experience within the last 2 years in relevant categories for commercial use.
• No more than 10 infringements over 12 months, with no more than 6 in the same category over 6 months.
• Ability to check your Digi tacho before assessment; manual entries must be fully comfortable.
• No DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
• Willing to clear a CRB security check.
