Job summary

Generator Power in Warwick is seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join our depot team. You will load and unload vehicles, deliver generators to sites across hospitals, construction, power grids and events, and assist engineers on site with on-site refuelling and installation tasks.

A Class 2 HGV licence is essential (Class 1 is desirable) along with a Driver Qualification Card and ADR Class 3 tanks knowledge.

Qualifications

• Class 2 HGV licence is essential.
• ADR Class 3 tanks and Class 9 Miscellaneous knowledge is required.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card are needed.
• Forklift Truck Licence is desirable but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload Vehicles.
• Operate a forklift truck.
• Deliver Generators and ancillaries to site and collect from site.
• Assist engineers on site.
• Refuelling Generators on site and in depot.
• Carry out general housekeeping to keep areas tidy.
• Installation and dismantling of Generators on customer sites.
