Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Warrington is seeking a Class 2 Powered Access Driver to join our team. You will be on the road and on site, loading and transporting powered access equipment with a rigid truck and plant body.

The role includes safety checks, accurate paperwork, and delivering excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate has a valid UK driving licence, strong local knowledge, and a customer-focused approach with experience driving in the UK.

Driver Category C + E - Warrington - Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 15:00 - 45 hours per week

The role:

As a Class 2 Powered Access Driver, you'll be the face of our company on the road and on site. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Safely loading, unloading, and transporting powered access equipment using a rigid truck with plant body and/or beavertail.
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Delivering excellent customer service at every delivery and collection.
• Completing relevant delivery paperwork and digital records accurately.
• Communicating effectively with the transport and hire desk team.
• Adhering to all road traffic and health & safety regulations.
