About The Role

We are currently looking for an HGV Category C+E Driver to support our Service Centre operations by delivering and collecting plant hire equipment, including excavators, telehandlers, generators, and scissor lifts. You will travel to various locations, meet customers, and demonstrate equipment operation, for which we will provide the necessary training.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, helpful, and a great brand ambassador. You should be committed to excellent customer service and teamwork, always representing Sunbelt Rentals positively.

In return, we offer a balanced work pattern of Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with potential overtime. Some vehicles have sleeper cabs, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

About You

To succeed, you will need:

• A fully competent HGV license (category C+E), preferably with a clean driving record (no more than six points)
• Driver CPC and Digital Driver Card
• Experience with plant or powered access equipment is desirable, with IPAF or ADR certification a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A flexible, adaptable team-player attitude
• Good organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
• A strong commitment to health and safety, complying with legislation and company policies
