Job description

We're currently recruiting reliable and hard-working HGV Class 2 and 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join a dedicated refuse collection team in Exeter.

You'll be out on the roads with the refuse crew, driving bin lorries and supporting collections. This is a physical role involving movement of wheelie bins, sacks, and other heavy items, so good fitness is essential.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:

• Full HGV Class 2 or 7.5 Tonne licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho cards
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• A positive, reliable attitude and good team spirit

Details:

• Pay rates: £14.36/hr (PAYE accrued) or £16.09/hr (PAYE advanced) for 7.5 Tonne drivers.
• Pay rates: £15.58/hr (PAYE accrued) or £17.46/hr (PAYE advanced) for HGV Class 2 drivers.
• Start at 06:00 am, role continues until finish.
• This is an ongoing role for suitable candidates.
