Job summary

Brakes, a leading UK food business part of Sysco, is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver in the local region. You will deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time delivery while upholding high hygiene standards.

You will maintain load plans, records, and build strong relationships with customers and team members. A CPC-equipped Class 2 license and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Class 2 driver with valid CPC
• Commitment to high service standards
• Ability to follow processes and schedules
• Strong communication and people skills

£48,344per annum (£20.66 per hour)plus bonus and a great range of benefits

2 shifts available: all 04:30 - 06:30 start times

• Monday - Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays inc. rest day in the week
• Tuesday - Saturday

A satisfying role

A key member of our driving team, you’ll deliver our fantastic ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region. You’ll make sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to the highest food hygiene standards. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, completing load plans and building positive relationships with your colleagues and customers.
