Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Driver to join our team. We are a family-run business specializing in general haulage and mobile medical trailer movement and maintenance. The right candidate will be trained in the movement of specialized medical trailers and longer semi-trailers (LSTs). You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations safely and efficiently. Our company offers a mix of goods and medical trailer transport, providing diverse driving experiences. If you hold a C+E license and are eager to learn new skills, including setting up medical trailers, this role is ideal for you.

HGV Driver Class 1 C+E Duties:

• Operate box and curtain-sided trailers equipped with tail lifts, securing goods per DVSA guidelines.
• Load and unload products using appropriate equipment, following health and safety regulations.
• Perform truck and trailer inspections before and after trips.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure PODs are signed.
• Be available for night outs as required.
• Represent the company professionally with a can-do attitude.

HGV Driver Class 1 C+E Requirements:

• Valid Category C+E (Class 1) driving license.
• Current CPC card.
• Minimum of one year proven driving experience.
• Excellent driving skills and ability to drive long hours and distances.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, hardworking, and presentable, committed to vehicle cleanliness.
