HGV Driver (Class 1/2) – Multi-Drop, Day/Afternoon Shifts

Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Runcorn area for multiple HGV Drivers. Class 1 and 2 applicants are welcome.

You will perform bulk multi-drop and collections, unloading and loading roll cages using a tail lift and pump truck. Shifts cover days and afternoons, with a seven-day operation.

Pay is £15.36 per hour PAYE. A Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement, valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card, and a minimum of 6 months experience are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C&E/C).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 6 months minimum experience required.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.
