We are looking for a HGV Driver - Class 1 to join us at Huws Gray Sudbury!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. Our HGV Drivers ensure our customers receive their products on time. We focus on local deliveries, avoiding long-haul driving or late nights. Working in one of our branches, you’ll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities of a HGV Driver at Huws Gray include:

• Making deliveries to our branch network to ensure stock availability for customers.
• Building strong relationships with branches and representing our brand on the road.
• Maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and administrative tasks (tachographs, training, delivery notes, etc.).
• Ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with legislation and company policies.

We value individuality and provide comprehensive training and tools for success. You’ll need a Class 1 Licence for this role. The position covers 52 branches up to Northampton/M25, with daytime hours and no night driving.
