This role emphasizes precise handling of deliveries, paperwork, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate holds a Class 1 or 2 licence, Driver CPC, and a tachograph card, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week, working 4 days

Join our team delivering loose animal feed using rigid & artic curtain side vehicles, using vehicle mounted forklifts. You’ll be responsible for operating the bulk-blown system to transfer feed directly into on-farm storage, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Ideal for drivers who enjoy precision work and direct farm interaction, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate curtain sider lorries with demountable forklift
• Deliver bagged feed to farms and retail locations
• Practising defensive driving and adhering to road transport legislation
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
