Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a reliable HGV Driver for our Huntworth Mill location. You will transport bagged feed using rigid and artic bulk-blown vehicles, ensuring safe, accurate deliveries to farms and retail sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Class 1 or 2 licence with Driver CPC and tachograph card, can work 45 hours per week over a 4-day rota, and prioritises safety, accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Professional, courteous and safety-conscious approach.
• Flexible to work various shifts including early, late and tramping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate curtain sider lorries with demountable forklift.
• Deliver bagged feed to farms and retail locations.
• Practise defensive driving and follow road transport legislation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily checks.
• Handle delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally.
• Support operational efficiency and minimise waste.
• Use onboard systems and digital logs accurately.
