Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our transport team at Uffculme Mill. You will operate bulk-blown systems and deliver loose feed to farm stores, adhering to safety standards and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries.

Applicants must hold a Class 1 or 2 licence with Driver CPC and a digital tachograph card. The role offers a 4‑day week, 45 hours, overtime, and a supportive team environment with a focus on safety, service, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A professional, courteous and safety-conscious approach.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk-blown delivery systems
• Deliver loose feed directly into farm feed stores
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness
