Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Worcester is seeking a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver to join our growing operation. You will operate well-maintained vehicles across our national network, delivering and collecting on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Strong understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and WTD legislation.
• No more than 6 points on licence (no TT, DD, or DR codes).
• Professional, safety-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ex-forces backgrounds encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally, and efficiently.
• Complete all deliveries and collections to the scheduled times.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Follow company procedures and ensure full compliance with EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and work in partnership with our transport team.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Kinaxia at all times.

Working Patterns: Monday-Friday | Sunday - Thursday

You’ll be operating well-maintained vehicles to complete timed deliveries and collections across our national network.

What You Can Expect

• Typical annual earnings of £45,000 (Includes basic pay, shift enhancements, bonuses, and overtime)
• Flexible shift patterns available: Monday-Friday | Sunday - Thursday
• Start windows: 23:00-02:00 Monday to Friday, 23:00-02:00 Sunday to Thursday
• 30 days' holiday (including bank holidays)
• Monthly pay with company pension scheme
