Job summary

Kinaxia is hiring an HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver for our Norwich operation. You will deliver goods safely, on time and maintain high standards of service, safety, and compliance as part of a supportive team.

We offer permanent, full-time roles with varied shift patterns, overtime opportunities and a realistic earnings potential of up to £45,000 per year. Benefits include a company pension, life assurance, PPE and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of Driver Hours and Road Transport legislation.
• No more than 6 penalty points (DD/DR/TT not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting defects.
• Ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements.
• Complying with Driver Hours and Working Time regulations.
• Maintaining records and completing paperwork.
• Representing Kinaxia professionally with customers.
• Following Health & Safety procedures.

The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll play an essential role in delivering goods safely, professionally and on time while providing excellent service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed in line with customer requirements.
• Complying with all Driver Hours, Working Time and Road Transport legislation.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing all relevant paperwork or electronic documentation.
• Representing Kinaxia professionally when interacting with customers.
• Operating in accordance with company policies and Health & Safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• A valid Driver CPC qualification.
• A Digital Tachograph Card.
• A good understanding of Driver Hours, Working Time and Road Transport legislation.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR or TT endorsements).
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude.
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent Kinaxia professionally when interacting with customers.
