Consistent Work:

Enjoy steady, ongoing assignments all year-round.

Regular Shifts:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday starting around 04:00 / 05:00.

Excellent Basic Pay:

£17.13 per hour, £19.27 per hour on Saturday & Sunday.

Overtime Rate:

£22.78 per hour after 42 hours worked.

Bonuses:

£50 weekly bonus for working four or more shifts.

Paid Holidays:

28 days per year (for full-time work).

Pertemps is hiring multiple drivers for our client DHL Nisa in Scunthorpe, seeking full-time HGV/LGV C+E Drivers for long-term employment. Responsibilities include delivering ambient or frozen goods to Nisa Local and Costcutter convenience stores, unloading cages filled with goods upon arrival. On-site cage splitting is handled by store staff.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Pass a paid Class 1 HGV site assessment/induction, which includes:

• A drug and alcohol test (urine sample on site)
• A multiple-choice questionnaire on WTD and general knowledge
• Pre-checks / Coupling up
• On-road driving assessment
• 5-day classroom-based site induction

Requirements:

• Experience: Category C+E (HGV 1) license held for at least 6 months
• Certification: Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
• Clean Record: No DR10, CD10, IN10, and no more than 6 points on your license
• Aged 21 or above.

This role is suitable for individuals with backgrounds as C+E Drivers, Class 1 Drivers, HGV Drivers, LGV Drivers, Lorry Drivers, or Truck Drivers.
